I remember the book that records the the order of the whispers and their requirements, but I don't remember the book. I just the name of the book and where to get it. Oddly enough I tried searching in the GWW and I couldn't find it.

I don't remember any such book, unless you're talking about the Nightfall story book that can be traded in for LB points...? Because you can get that from the Lightbringer Scrivener, which is the only thing I can think of re Order of Whispers.

"Night Falls" is the only book that records ANYTHING in Nightfall.

Actually there's also the book Young Hero's of Tyria that rewards you with Allegiance points depending on where you take it.

Hmmm... Weird... But I remember a book (could be something else) that once you double clicked it, it shows which 'order of whispers' gives you lb points in regards to location and such

I don't think there is such a thing, other than maybe a Wiki page on the location of LB bounty givers? But no book I'm almost positive.
